As part of a series of webinars by Smart Villages and the Low Carbon Energy for Development Network (LCEDN), SAFE Working Group members Energy 4 Impact, the Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves, and GIZ/EnDev joined the Border Green Energy Team (BGET) from Myanmar and Sun Lite Solar from India to discuss the energy needs of displaced people and refugees. The webinar is a good introduction to energy access in humanitarian settings generally, the role of the private sector, and to activities in the sector as of March 2017.
