The 2016 World Humanitarian Summit (WHS) and the consultations leading up to this event present a unique and important opportunity for the humanitarian community to identify gaps in service provision and create innovative solutions. One particularly glaring gap is the absence of programming to provide fuel or technology for safe, fuel-efficient cooking among refugees, IDPs, those affected by natural disaster, and other crisis-affected populations.
