Description

The Community-assisted Access to Sustainable Energy (CASE) project aims to provide efficient, sustainable and affordable energy fuels and energy related services in rural and per-urban Rwanda. The project will also provide income- generating activities in the energy services sector. The project aims to reduce biomass energy dependency by 50% in four districts of Nyamagabe, Nyaruguru, Gisagara and Huye. This baseline report is an evaluation of the current situation and will be used to establish performance metrics and performance goals for the CASE project.
