Project Description

WakaWakas have been handed out to displaced Syrians. This gives the refugees a little light in the complete darkness at night. We expect this will impact more than 100,000 refugees all together, enabling them to see at night, read, and cook. More importantly, they will be able to connect with their family members who are still caught in the horrors of the civil war back home in Syria. The project took place in Homs Governorate, Syria.
